Authorization from fast catch is required on all return merchandise. No credit will be issued without this authorization. The customer is subject to pay a 20% restocking fee when returning product. Returns are accepted on product within the first 60 days after customer received it.
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and insuring that the product is returned in the condition that it was received. Customer must examine the cage for damage upon its arrival. Truck driver is required to wait and any damages should be noted on the Bill of lading. It is helpful to take pictures of damages to aid Fast Catch pursuing the claim with the shipper.
